No doubt McDaniel’s group is having a steep uphill fight to get evidence, but damn, eventually you have to put up or shut up.
There has always been an end line but it has been moved back by the courts to give them more time to gather evidence. The time has arrived to lay it out, as opposed to doing it piecemeal.
