NEW HAVEN -- Wendy Paz Barrios spent her Friday evening in a kitchen making sandwiches for her journey to Washington, D.C.
The 17-year-old from Guatemala doesn’t live with family, but with friends here. She rarely speaks to her parents, instead choosing to call only her siblings.
But in a way, her sense of family was in that kitchen Friday among several other immigrants who, like her, are making preparations to fight for what they believe in — to stop deportation. Come 4 a.m. Saturday, Barrios and 69 others will be on a bus heading to Washington, D.C., to convince President Barack Obama to stop deporting undocumented immigrants. The journey will be sponsored by Unidad Latina en Accion, a social justice organization based in the city.

If one can ILLEGALLY come into the US and violate the sovereignty of the US - why does anything the Bill of Rights, Common Law, regulations, or any other measure that is suppose to prevent chaos and disorder even apply at this moment...
Very arrogant of certain political leaders to “pick and choose” which laws to apply and which ones to disregard...
Since we’ve reached this point - I can only come to the conclusion that the powers that be are reliant on the mass to behave while they flaunt and commit treason against the very Republic that allowed them to be where they are at today....tomorrow they find themselves in a different spot!

I dream of an administration that would send letters to illegals inviting them to pick up their “citizenship cards”. On that glorious day, they would be put onto ships and taken on a Mexican-Caribbean cruise. If they were to riot along the way and sink the ship? Well, shit happens.

Who is paying for these ‘Undocumented immigrants’ doing the low wage work that Americans won’t do, to travel, hotel, food and protest in DC??????
Meanwhile , the rest of American middle class is dealing with rising health insurance costs, severely under-reported food inflation and layoffs.
Undocumented immigrants are NOTHING but cannon fodder for the HARD lefts Cloward Piven Strategy.

They are NOT "undocumented immigrants", they are ILLEGAL ALIENS! "Undocumented immigrants" makes it sound like they're here because of some kind of clerical error. We have to stop letting the other side control the language for this issue (and other issues.) As Rush Limbaugh has said: Words mean things!
