Obama will relocate resources to pay for his Illegals, something he couldn’t do during the Government shutdown.

It is now a thing of the past that Congress controls the purse strings. My observation is that this Administration does not need ANY permissions granted by Congress (by law) to accomplish its purposes.

Really want to screw with him, move the money from welfare and food stamps. Then have a huge press conference and say this was Obamas doing and the money had to come from somewhere.

To make it interesting, say the Hispanics are his new base and he is no longer interested in black votes because they are already on the rat plantation.
