The headline pretends it is definitive.
It is not.
The headline does NOT match the future subjunctive
that the Hamas White House used to protect its
funding, weaponizing, and protecting of Hamas.
It is definitely the Hamas White House.
The only thing I can think is that Obama believes he will be at the top of the heap in the new caliphate.
