They know the Central American gangs of Salvatruchas, Maras, M13 have been profiled as poor disenfranchised kids most under 23, and male and female. They know the cartels use them as drug mules, and street dealers, in the US. The cartels hold their families hostage back home. They are knowingly taking advantage of the humanities poorest, and this hemisphere’s most ignorant and vulnerable people, by assuring them a better life, and knowing they will be used for trafficking and crime. IT IS INHUMANE.
