Not completely. The HOR shouldn't be funding anything except one way tickets home for these invaders. Add to that they got here with the assistance of Mexico. The HOR should be funding a 10-mile DMZ...the northernmost 10 miles of Mexico.
The HOR only does things we demand because they face re-election every two years. No more, no less....just enough to get re elected.
And then deducting the costs from foreign aid we send to the invaders Countries. Then when the debt is paid, shut off foreign aid.
