With concealed carry now it’s a LOT SAFER for people from LaHood to go after Asians as many are not citizens, or do not have guns, or work at a place where they cannot carry guns.
Similar to the way foreign tourists were being killed in Florida, in the 1980s. Given their Democrat governor at the time, the killings weren’t a “problem” until it starting affecting tourism (i.e., Europeans started canceling trips). At that moment you had a crime crackdown that that would have given Guiliani the chills - probably the most intense and TARGETED (blacks only) crackdown in the second half of the 20th century.
