Well... Presidential pardon for Lerner or not, Lerner needs to have at least a 100% tax rate on all her earnings for the rest of her life.

And the only way that attitude is going to drop to tolerable levels is if we get the Constitutional checks and balances back. They can still think we are enemies, but they better at least be FEARFUL enough of us that they obey the law and Constitution.
