It is in both Clinton’s and Biden’s interest that Kerry be removed as any possible presidential contender. Huge success for Kerry as Sec of State (in the eyes of democrats) would put him back on the radar screen as a candidate.
Did Hillary leave loyalists behind in important places in the state department? I’d bet money on it.
