Oh I know— why is this summit still going on? And I heard today Ebola can have a 2- 21 day incubation period— so no symptoms en route— and then somebody at the summit “accidentally” sneezes on you or isn't particularly hygienic at a public restroom.

I don't think Ebola spreads by sneezing. It is typically spread by contact with bodily fluids. So if a person with Ebola vomits and droplets get on you--or you touch the droplets on bathroom surfaces--you are at risk.

While generally harmless in healthy individuals, sneezes spread disease through the infectious aerosol droplets, commonly ranging from 0.5 to 5 µm. 40,000 droplets can be produced by a sneeze

Note the words muculs and droplets above. If someone sick with Ebola sneezes on you, you can catch the disease.
