Don't worry. The Obama administration has everything under control.

Since EVERYTHING they tell us is opposite of what is the truth, we are all screwed.

They are trying hard already to squelch this outbreak. And yet, all news reports are saying it is out of control already.

I find CDC’s response interesting especially when you consider how hard they tried to scare us with that ‘deadly flu’ outbreak coming over the Mexico border a few years ago.

I think some extra sterile prep gear is in order...

Ebola can spread like ‘forest fire,’ US warns.

Therefore you can expect Pelosi weeping about how we need more West African children to come in through our southern border. Reid will ask for money to send plane fare for those with the virus to come in and be treated by Obamacare.

The ghouls like Bill Gates will invite them in to reduce the population by 95% so that only the elites may enjoy this world that was made for them.

So maybe they should dump anti-viral medication from helicopters and airplanes...

I’ve been thinking about this for sometime since they found MERS in the air of a camel barn in Saudi while the Ebola outbreak was growing.

I don’t know if Ebola or MERS will lead to a SHTF event or not, but with the present ‘Open’ border policy bringing in any number of communicable diseases and the real chance that some carriers could be sent here on purpose it brings up a real possibility of extended quarantines being imposed. In fact it may get to a point in which a wise person will impose a quarantine on their family even if health officials don’t.

There are more than a few FReepers who like to point out how silly preparing for a ‘Mad Max’ situation is, but what if it isn’t ‘Mad Max’? What if it is something as simple as being able to shelter in place for 30-60 days while an outbreak runs its course? Could you make it through such a quarantine with what you have in your home? If you haven’t thought about it maybe its time.

As the LDS say “When the emergency is upon us the time for preparedness has past.”

Hat tip to mware for the heads-up

I’m sure glad the government recognizes the danger here.

Oh wait, millions are flowing across our southern border unchecked.

Nevermind...

Here is an idea: Let’s say an AQ terrorist figures out that all he has to do is go to Liberia (there is a growing Islamic presence there now), get infected and book a nice vacation to say New York or Disney World.

Allah would be proud.

I hope I am wrong but I think the cat is out of the bag; As long as it is not airborne we have a chance to avoid something that will make the Plague look like a walk in the park.

Attention citizens! The chance of an Ebola outbreak is very slim!

And I am sure it is just an accident that unquarantined “newcomers” are flown ALL over the US in planes and buses full of passengers. When people came through Ellis Island, if they were sick they were quarantined or sent back. That was 100 years ago. We’ve gone backwards in our duties regarding public health. Unless the goal is to reduce the population... We energy-guzzling Americans are the ones they want to get rid of; what harm does an impoverished African do to Gaia?

Oh, really?

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/northamerica/usa/10998222/Ebola-outbreak-Victim-who-sparked-fears-of-global-epidemic-was-on-way-home-to-US.html

An Ebola victim who was allowed to board an international flight was an American citizen on his way home to the United States, it has emerged.
Patrick Sawyer worked for the Liberian government and was visiting his sister there when he developed symptoms while on a plane to Nigeria. He was quarantined on arrival in Lagos and died on Friday.

His wife, Decontee, 34, who like Mr Sawyer is originally from Liberia, currently at the heart of the terrifying Ebola outbreak, said he had been due to travel on to America where he could have become Patient Zero in a US epidemic.
The 40-year-old father-of-three is believed to have contracted the disease from his sister, whom he was caring for without knowing she had Ebola.

Mr Sawyer took two flights to get to Nigeria from Liberia, where he had attended his sister's funeral. The first took him from Monrovia to Lome in Togo, where he boarded a plane to Lagos. He collapsed at the airport on landing.
