The Obama administration is accusing Russia of violating a 1987 nuclear missile treaty, calling the breach a, quote, 'very serious matter.'
An administration official says the United States has notified Russia of its determination that it broke the agreement by testing a new ground-launched cruise missile. The official spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive information.

As secty of State, name me ONE success by Hillary:
ANYONE...?
I bet Hillary knew of the new missle when she hit the “reset” button with the Russians.
But but... your politics are from the 1980s!
Romney was bashed by pundits, comedians, etc. and what he said was 100% accurate.

OMG, don’t tell me the O will do the big ultimate thingy.....not a RED LINE! OMG!
My first thought was..so what. First, Ukraine of little strategic importance to us. I don’t recall our trying to steal it away during those cold war years. But, then again this is a new world of “Hope and Change”..so I still say so what. US foreign policy is currently insane and laughable at best. The only clear and present danger (s) we have is our current amateurs in the miss-management of our beloved country and setting of ignominiously insane foreign policy and the immediate” threat posed by terror state sponsor Iran. Seems to me a couple thousand missiles into Israel by a US declared terror group should perhaps even be more important at this time. But then we seem to be on the other side of the looking glass these past long long 6 years.
The misguided leadership of Obama and the aggressive, irrational, ultra-nationalism of Putin have led to this breach. I know Putin’s Putinista puppies will come along and tell us how it’s not Putin’s fault. He’s their hero. Reestablishing his empire is a moral good for them.
Heavily guarded by American Soldiers on the west side and East German soldiers on the east side for 30 years, Checkpoint Charlie was the only point of entry ...
In related news, Obama Administration attempts to find a way to blame this on Reagan.
I went through Checkpoint Charlie a time or two myself. I always got an eerie feeling whenever I read those 6 words: you are leaving the American sector.
Putin’s party has always been ‘United Russia’. The Russians are proud of his efforts. The Russians have no respect for an American electorate that allows the current regime to promote Islamic Fundamentalism without reproach. Russia has no respect for American traditions, institutions, manifest destiny or anything else. The average Russian is sure that they deserve to have Alaska back. Russians know weakness when they see it, our country is a basket case and weakness is a provocation.
SO WHAT!
Can’t we all just get along with each other?

I guess you’ve found a country and political system that has the traits you admire.
You’re not forgetting that Putin was a member of the communist party, and, like his father, a member of the secret police who protected that party, its interests, and such grotesquely ugly things as the Gulag, are you?
The only thing to admire about our new masters will be their success in obliviating Islam and the NWO - if that ever happens.
I think you whine too much. Read about those who have really suffered and then be a man and accept that things are tough in the real world, especially in the free world.
Russia is not stable, has more nukes than anyone else and is buying hitech stuff left and right. That’s a fact ignored by media left, right. Russia is the most dangerous threat to the US- they are capable of a first strike and no one would believe it possible even if they gave a 30 day warning. The infinite normalcy bias of 90% of America stays winning.
Sorry, I misunderstood your previous comment.
