IRS employees owe hundreds of millions, too. Why aren’t they in jail for nonpayment? Some animals are more equal than others.

Great, I bet the government could get any of these people do do anything they wanted them to if those tax evaders owe taxes.
If we gain control of the Senate in 2014, legislation should be passed to REQUIRE garnishing the wages of ANY Federal employee who owes taxes, and that would include members of the Legislative branch, as well.
