Not radical muslims, not MS13 gangbangers, not the neo-Nazi freaks in Europe, not the anti-Semitic speakers invited to US college campuses.
Evangelical Christians in America.
(But only the white ones)
Yes. And no. Some Jews still fear evangelists. You probably know that such efforts were not always carried out in a Christian spirit of love and brotherhood. But many Jews, especially those who’ve made some effort at studying theology and history, do not fear them. Indeed, some Jews work hard in reaching out to evangelists, just as many evangelists respect Jewish faith (and provide help for Israel). It’s a mixed picture, with the fear factor receding more and more Into the past. But yes, it’s still to be found, such as with one new whose uncle was tarred and feathered and thrown into a river by socalled Christians for his faith many years ago That fear continues in his family, all this time. But the youngest member of his clan has studied the church a lot and has no fear of it, only respect today. It’s a mixed picture. I think it’s gotten a lot better in recent times, less fear
Exactly.
I’m consistently amazed when there’s ANY story on Huff Po about Muslims committing atrocities there’s a long list of (1) equate all religions as evil (2) blame Christians saying they are no better.
Jews in America have sold old Israel. Sad as they will soon be leaving Europe and if Israel isn’t there... they won’t have any place to land the boat.
