After one, first-hand look at the immigration crisis at the U.S. border with Mexico, U.S. Rep. Steve Stockman, R-Texas, commented, President Obama is begging to be impeached.
It turns out, hes not the only the congressman thinking the same thing.
As WND reported, Stockman theorized, He wants us to impeach him now, before the midterm election because his senior advisers believe that is the only chance the Democratic Party has to avoid a major electoral defeat. Evidently Obama believes impeachment could motivate the Democratic Party base to come out and vote.
Similar comments were made by former U.S. Rep. Ernest Istook, R-Okla., in an editorial in the Washington Times Friday, in which the now Heritage Foundation fellow argued, Obama wants to be impeached.
President Obama insists on flirting with impeachment even as House Republican leaders insist theres no such possibility, Istook wrote. Already operating beyond the constitutional bounds of presidential power, Mr. Obamas strategy is to push the bounds further rather than pulling back. He dares political foes to make his day.

Your tagline is racist!! LOL
Sarah staying on point over impeachment is good tactics.
Since she doesn’t have any actual position in the party hierarchy or as an elected representative, how can her opinions be construed to reflect those of our actual representatives?
However, the threat _must_ be left hanging out there. Who better to do it than her?
If the Democrats want Obama impeached then they should get the ball rolling.
Why?
They indeed are that stupid.
Because THEY said so!
This is such horse sh*t! That man isn’t going to fall on his sword for anyone. He’s doing all these things because he is a foreign plant put here to destroy this country and he is so narcissistic he’s just having fun seeing how far he can push and get away with.
Unfortunately, since the GOP won’t stop him, he’s going to keep doing more dangerous things more frequently just to see if we have limit.
Apparently we don’t.
I try not to pay too much attention to THEM. It gives me mental aggida, er, ajida, or whatever.
I am sick and tired of this wimpish defensive thinking - oh we cant go after Obama or we will make them mad. Has Obama committed impeachable acts? Yes or no? The answer to that question should guide people to do their duty.
Excellent post.
In response to the allegedly government-manufactured mortgage crisis, in 2009 the Democrat-controlled federal government passed the constitutionally indefensible Stimulus Package. And not only are stimulus funds unaccounted for imo, probably paying for whatever federal relief services are now being given to illegal immigrants, but the Stimulus Package also arguably defeated the purpose of the Constitution's Clause 1 of Section 7 of Article I, the "purse strings" as you and James Madison had called it.
So although patriots would like for the House to cut funds to Obama's constitutionally indefensible spending programs, the "horse" has essentially already "escaped from the barn," with respect to "closing the barn door" at this time imo because the House has already given Obama basically a blank check with the Stimulus Package.
Also, note that in order for Obama to be impeached out of office that patriots and former Obama supporters would need to exercise their voting muscle to make sure that 2/3 of Senate members are willing to vote to kick Obama out of office after the 2014 elections if the House decides to impeach him after the elections.
The article is about "Impeachment" A.K.A. in this particular cases bringing charges against the POTUS. The Senate has no say in such and even the article distinguishes between Impeachment and Removal from office.
The Senate is responsible for conducting the trial if it is presented with articles of Impeachment from the House. The House takes on the role of the prosecuting attorney. The Senate can either convict or acquit. If they decide to convict it is immediate and there is no appeal and the President is immediately removed from office.
The House of Representatives has the sole power of impeaching, no other person or body has any say in it whatsoever.
The Term Impeachment has been so muddied and confused by our Lame Stream Media that most of the uniformed masses believe Nixon was Impeached and Clinton wasn't but in fact the exact opposites are true.
Twisted thinking, if you ask me.
It’s for the party. He’s going to act like the lightning rod to draw all the scorn while the rest of his co-conspirator commies carry on as if they had nothing to do with his policies.
He will be the lightning rod to draw attention away from the others.
Don’t let him get away with that - they’re all in this together. If they have a “D” next to their name, they’re guilty. If they have an “R” next to their name, there’s at least a 50% chance that they’re guilty as well.
Only 3 more months until the November elections. Republicans need to hold their fire on impeachment for 3 more months. I agree with the commentators who say that impeachment charges now would just energize the Obama Democrat voting base to come out and prop up the Democrats in November. The issue would be defending America’s first black president against persistent racism.
Its 100% impossible that he will ever be removed through impeachment.
It’s even less likely that he’d get removed by a 25th Amendment process. For that, you’d need Biden, a majority of the cabinet plus 2/3 of both houses of Congress to agree. For impeachment followed by removal, you need only a simple majority of the House and a 2/3 majority of the Senate.
If 0bama grants amnesty to 5 million illegals, we can kiss future elections good bye as it will usher in a Democrat majority for a long time.
If he’s impeached, he could retaliate by pushing unilateral amnesty/mass-pardons.
That would raise a huge shitstorm...
It won't work: the Republican party is just as corrupt and complicit that there is no longer any meaningful difference between the 'two' parties any more.
Why would I vote uniparty? I'd rather vote Constitution Party, or Libertarian Party.
