Education as we know it will collapse. I'll bet even the unionized teachers will throw up their hands in disgust and frustration.
Undoubtedly, most of the parents and the teachers and the principals and the PTAs in this country haven't thought about this impending disaster....or don't give a damn.

My local elementary school in Central California is now 88% Hispanic, more than double that of ten years ago. Over half speak no English. Another 14% have limited English skills. Coming soon to a school near you.
