I get the 4A concerns, but how is BP supposed to stop the transportation of illegals into the interior if drivers can simply refuse to answer or cooperate?

I am not BP, I just have been around them quite a bit being down south chasing the illegal invaders. I have become friends with a few of them.
I will ask a couple of them about this and see what they have to say. I agree with the guy making the film.
I also believe we must stop this invasion AT the river. These silly ass checkpoints are a waste of resources. Put most of these guys on the river and adjust ROEs to engage the illegals to turn them back at all costs.
Problem solved.
