IMO, odumbo wants these “leaders” to be purged before his EO to call for Marshall Law. He has already gotten rid of numerous high ranking officers. U.S. citizens are getting fed up with odumbo and the potential for a revolution is great. If there are no “leaders” to direct any potential threat against him, a revolution will be hard pressed to succeed.
