So I assume this is sold as a 5.56 or .223 instead of a 7.62 round. Big deal. Give us a lightweight rifle that can take down a deer at distance.

Try an AR-15 in 6.5 Grendel. It’s like a 7.62x39 with the ballistics of 7.62Nato. Holds its energy a good deal further than 5.56Nato with low recoil.

depends on the local regs, but now of the rounds is is manufactured for breaks 1700 ftlb ME (unusually powerful, hah!)
