I've seen nothing that indicates he's really standing up to Obama — let's see the NG deployed to the border with lethal-force authorization, none of this "observation" crap, none of this "apprehension" crap, real shoot anyone entering the country not at a port of entry

Oh come on....politicians rarely go at something full boar, especially when they are hoping increments might wake up Washington. Perry’s Nat’ Guard will be there for the criminal elements flooding in...and that’s a start. He’d have to limit this to stay within the law for the time being. Once they’re there and actively in place...we shall see. But I sure do give Perry the opportunity to go this far....nobody at all is doing even close thus far.
