Female circumcision is the removal of the clitoris. This means no more sexual sensation.
If the same procedure were done to men it would involve excising the nerves underneath the head of the penis. This is the identical bundle of nerves that forms the sensitive tissue of the clitoris in women. I doubt that any muslim man ever considered it a good idea for males :-/
