I’m sick and tired of hearing “reform”. The new meaning of it is nothing. Absolutely nothing. Reform what? Is reform a good or bad thing? Is reform going to fix the problem or make it worse? If the laws on the books aren’t being followed, then why would anyone think that new and improved reformed laws will be followed? No politician ever spells out exactly what reforms he’s putting in. “Reform” means nothing.

I think in this case, “reform” means to change the laws to legalize what is already happening. Everybody keeps complaining about illegal immigration, so make it all legal, problem solved.
