Subversives are being allowed in to attack infrastructure and kill Americans with disease. He points out that the CDC is prepared for millions of deaths and the Border Patrol will not receive any ammo until Oct 2015. Their ammo is all accounted for to the single bullet and they are not allowed to defend themselves.
