Forget it —
You say there was witness, but I’ve seen no article pointing to that. But if there is one, I would want to who he or she is, and whether or not their testimony matches up with all other available evidence. It is you that is jumping to conclusions. It may have been the Russians, or the Rebels or the Ukranains. They all potentially have the capacity to do so. I do know the Russians have provided evidence (Sat Photos) of Ukrain moving a SAM launcher into the disputed area the day before.
