She does not want to face the hurly-burly of actually campaigning so she sets up a one-way communications path. Thus, her 'listening tour' campaign in NY - 'Don't ask me questions; I'm only here to listen.' She wants to be President. She does not want to have to make her case for why she should be President by actually campaigning.
