10 years ago a Blue Cross plan was $112/month. Plenty affordable for everyone. Under OBamaCare, that plan is $380.

Really think this was an oversight? What if it wasn’t? What if it was designed to suck in poor folks with the taxpayer subsidies and then pull the rug from under them? If by law they still have to purchase it, they become slaves to Obamacare.

It would be fantastic if the courts ruled that the states had to set up the plans. We the People have a direct line to our state government and can keep them from capitulating. We’ll have an open state vs fedgov showdown.

It is a known fact that every time Obama gets good news re: Obamacare he very conspicuously knocks on wood. Wonder what his reaction to this ruling will be? Knock on BO, the dog? Take his 11 Wood out of his golf bag & knock a hole in the Oval Office?

“I have a pen, and I have a phone” can just declare the subsidies as legal — just like the other changes he has declared to the law since it became ‘settled law’.

The vast majority are not getting subsidies through the States (as only a few States set up exchanges to begin with and of those at least 2 have abandoned them).
So this is very significant ... if it is upheld.

No question, this is great news. However, I wouldn’t put it past the Kenyan Marxist to respond by threatening to withhold ALL federal funding to states who continue to choose not to set up their own exchange. Yes, that would be unconstitutional and right out of the playbook of Saul Alinsky, to be sure, but we’re dealing with an evil regime committed to imposing their satanic agenda by any means necessary. The states must hold firm and NOT GIVE IN to any bullying, bribery, or coersion from these despicable, America-hating Communists!
