The service ceiling of the Frogfoot is 7km but the maximum ceiling is 10km. The "Russkie" is correct. Use a reliable source like Global Security instead of Wikipedia. The fact is right now we have no idea who shot the plane down because the Ukrainians, Russians, and separatists are all liars.

The difference is frequency: while Ukrainians lie some times, terrorists often, Russians lie always.
