If I were a US Doctor of anything, I would strongly be considering moving my practice to the territories. What a financial boon as American doctors and hospitals become overwhelmed, underfunded, and people begin to die while waiting to even be able to get an appointment.
Millions of Americans would forgo the 0bamacare failure and travel to get appropriate medical treatment.
