Eric (the Red) Holder has made the mistake of responding directly to Sarah Palin’s Impeachment Plans. A back and forth dialog has now been started. You can bet Sarah will parlay that national attention into her worthy causes. She’s going to make Eric so upset, he’s going to have to call up Al Sharpton again and do some long-distance crying on Al’s shriveled shoulders. “Oh, the degrading injustices I am suffering each day. Can you believe it?!!”

She needs to be questioning the manhood of the congressmen who are doing nothing. Call them out.

Is there a toilet big enough for Al to get his hands into?

Copyright bypass of Breitbart: Poster omitted paragraphs in order to bypass copyright restrictions and CRAM IN the entire article.

Sir or madam, that is NOT true. Please check the link again. The story was very brief with video provided. No copyright bypass of Breitbart was intended or made by me.

Yeah, Congress is as guilty as Obama. Yet, these contests go on like the price of milk is the only real issue.

I am sick to death of politicians, they’ve destroyed us.

" Sir or madam, that is NOT true. Please check the link again. The story was very brief with video provided. No copyright bypass of Breitbart was intended or made by me."

Your sign-up date was in 2005, which by the average person's count, means that you have been a member here for nine years. That is normally long enough for someone to have at least heard about copyright restrictions here. Since Breitbart is in the database which forces you to excerpt the article and because Breitbart's articles are formatted into readable paragraphs on their site, it's easy for the average person to believe that you intentionally posted the entire article.

For fun, let's pretend that it was by accident that you crammed the entire article together without any paragraphs into the thread section of your post. However, you then posted the entire article again, and you posted it with paragraphs in the second response. That copyright violating post had to be removed.

The little excerpt box which everyone is forced to check prior to posting any article from the excerpt only list of publications, is there to protect Jim Robinson and Free Republic from copyright infringing lawsuits and from having to pay expensive attorneys' fees. The software designed by John Robinson forces people to excerpt articles from copyright restricted sites, yet it primarily excerpts only long articles which exceed 600 words.

The shorter articles with less than 600 words, however, are still copyright restricted and must be excerpted to at least half the total number of words by the Poster. For example, if an article is only 300 words long, at least 150 words must be removed. If the article is only 50 words long, you must remove at least 25 words. All this is your responsibility when you post.

Hope this helps and has clarified copyright restrictions imposed upon Free Republic. Here's a helpful link that you should keep handy and check before you post any published material:

Updated FR Excerpt and Link Only or Deny Posting List due to Copyright Complaints

Thanks.

By the way, your posted complaint and my response are not referring to this thread, but instead refer to the other thread you posted here:

Thank you for the explanation which I appreciate and find helpful to other posters but is not news to me. I followed the rules and your logs will show that I did.

The post (that you removed) in which I made that formatted version of the original post is the same as what was posted in the original execept for the added formatting. It was not the entire story which also included video and it was also less than 300 characters, as your logs will show.

Your sign-up date was in 2005, which by the average person's count, means that you have been a member here for nine years. That is normally long enough for someone to have at least heard about copyright restrictions here.

This part of your response is ignoble and smarmy and does not befit an Admin Moderator for FR.

You also did not respond to my legitimate inquiry regarding why you or some moderator repeatedly logged my account off line tonight. Just for the record. R2z

The GOP leadership needs to hire Sarah Palin as an advisor as she knows how to make a message take a direct hit in a soundbite that reasonates with the people.
