At least these Democrats are savvy enough to realize that fighting against this illegal invasion is a winning election strategy. Too bad Republicans don't.
In 2006, we saw Republicans lose both houses of Congress because they tried to pass amnesty. And in 2014, they are actually considering doing it again.

I hate to say it but at this point in history I think the American People wouldn’t mind it one bit if Obama’s removed the WH from its current location...: )

Democrats are not only taking the Obama administration to task, they are also making it very clear they have no intention of letting the federal government put the children in their home states. The 'costs' of illegals will be higher taxes, higher crime, possible epidemics, and 'strained to the max' social services.
In short these 'oh so compassionate' Democrats are worried they won't get re-elected. Rather than work to secure the borders and STOP the flood of illegals, they'll dump these kids in Republican states... How will the New York Times distort this one? Any guesses?

Amnesty is done for this year, thanks to Cantor being taken down. Probably not much next year either...but, yea, slowly Republicans will come back to it - they simply CANNOT RESIST Karl Rove’s money forever.
