Both Pentagon and Junta admitted rebels do not have operational SAM able to shoot down airliners at 33000ft. Evidence and source for this? If it is RT don't waste our time ok. The BUK could reach 75,000 feet btw and the rebels shot down a Ukraine transport plane at high altitude.
