If this was an accident, these guys deserve the same justice that fell on the Ukrainians who accidentally shot down a Russian plane load of Jews. And some of those might have been American. In case you have not noticed, there is a war in this area. There is now a history of civilian planes getting shot down over the Ukraine airspace. Should not happen at all. Ever. If this was an intentional act against civilians, try them for murder. From what we have seen, there is no evidence they wanted to kill these civilians. They thought it was a military plane. IE - Accidental shooting. Unless you can provide some actual evidence other then articles from Time.
