We need an policy, if a country loses X% of it’s population to the USA via illegal immigrants, we can then lay claim to 100% of that countries landmass.
The X% being a percentage between 2% and 0.5% that is decided upon and kept secret until it gets to almost 0.1% of the targeting threshold then the other country has 3 months to start reversing that trend....
