Our foreign policies have been a country killing utter disaster for many decades, from Vietnam to Mexico, to the Mideast.
Decades of foreign policies so bad, government looted the American treasure, made American citizenship all but pointless at home, leaving America appearing to be a foreign flophouse. All while middle America was robbed, economically gang raped and left nearly dead on the floor.
Any president that isn’t responsible for anything that takes place during his presidency, is irresponsible.
Obama wants credit for anything that takes place that is positive, but declines any credit for anything that turns out negative.

To whatever degree many still blame the NeoCons, this was strongly reinforced most recently when, because of events in Iraq, all of the prominent NeoCons were out in force calling for the US to re-invade Iraq.
Most people haven't gotten over Cheney, Wolfowitz, Bill Kristol, Bremmer, and the rest of them, but there they were on TV wanting to re-invade, spend 2 more trillion, and kill another 3000 servicemen.
And ObaMao had nothing to do with getting the missile defense system in Europe cancelled.
