What I heard was Putin’s plane was returning from Brazil and actually crossed the same path like an hour or so after MH17 was shot down. Many are saying Putin was the target. If so then who really shot at the passenger plane? Was it rebels trying to make it seem Ukraine killed Putin, or rebels who really aren’t the brightest thinking it WAS a carrier? Who knows. Will we ever really find out? Doubtful.

That sounds interesting. But why would Putin fly over enemy territory, especially when the shortest route from Brazil to Moscow would be to the north of Ukraine?

I think the AN-26 story is a cover up. You don;t have to be a genious to understand a turbo-prop plane can’t fly at 33,000 ft...so it could have been that Putin was a target.
