They are a government-owned airline (strategic industry, don't you know) full of appointed political cronies and their relatives. Everyone makes a buck too through kick-backs when they buy a new plane, or a fuel contract. The government also makes sure they have the best landing rights in the country and negotiates for them overseas. So don't worry, they aren't going anywhere.

They may not be going anywhere but will people fly on them? Do they even have a choice in Malaysia?
