DHS, and ICE are Federal lackies..."Lose my union job or enforce the law? Hmmmmm...what to do, what to do?"

This is pure theatrics.
Take it you don't like Gowdy's idea much. It makes good sense.
Yet almost anything Gowdy says these days is usually labelled as theatrics (in so many words) by one FR poster or another.
To: PoloSec
The feds are annihilating state police jurisdictions by imposing and aiding gangs who are asserting narco human traffic jurisdictional protections.

Just to understand better...which would you choose?

Great idea, but the dems would do whatever judge shopping was necessary to get it struck down.
Your response concludes with FUD. If it is a great idea, isn't it worth persuing regardless your projected outcome of it?

“Great idea, but the dems would do whatever judge shopping was necessary to get it struck down.”
Laws enforced piecemeal. Lawless administration. Bought judges and pols.
Pretend to govern, and we pretend to obey.

They where to build a fence per passed law.
This enemy combatants should have *never* made it over the boarder in the first place.
Cruz is the only one right that I have heard of. Load um up, send um home.

Ignore the judges. How are they going to enforce their ruling? Ignore them and then send illegals to their homes.

Then bring your own damn fox hole, ‘cuz Gowdy nor most fighting freepers will want you two no where near ours.

Yes, it’s absolutely worth pursuing... My point was just to be prepared for the response.

I don’t think Trey Gowdy is expecting the states to worry too much about what a judge says or does.

If its not theatrics then Gowdy must be getting serious threats on his life and that of his family members. That is how the Obama gang rolls.

I do not agree that letting them inside the wire to be dealt with as acceptable...
I would rather deter them at the border, or try to keep them from being told, or convinced otherwise that the risk to themselves is less if they just make the attempt...That is a long term strategy, and one that will take a willing Federal government to get tough on the border...
We will not see any of that till we get a conservative, not a moderate or GOP establishment “elite” in the White House either...We’ll have to have the House and the Senate as well...
So...Figure those odds...Right???
I’m not holding my breath either...

Still more FUD on FR. What good can this achieve? Because you truly DO NOT KNOW for sure.
To: ScottinVA
Great idea, but the dems would do whatever judge shopping was necessary to get it struck down. No biggie - it's time to start ignoring federal judges who counter the will of their bosses, the people.

Thanks Amendment10. That was very good analysis.
Taking that and “forgotten mans” post #9, I think we have the proper solution. Just takes states with the guts to do it. Maybe Arizona?
