It appears the fire fighters and local authorities were there asap. No telling who got there first...citizens as well in the area since most of them are accustomed to hearing explosions etc and check to see what’s happening....Miners were working within sight of the crash and videoed as well....
Now that this has been deemed an International Event you can pretty much expect they’ll be able to tell what actually happened in how it came down. ...if it was shot down from the ground and where the firing came from.
