The “maybe” is key I think.....but things throughout Ukraine are so corrupt and mismanaged there’s no telling how this event will eventually play.
However there are those who have ulterior motives to “arrange” further conflict between Nato and Russia.
Additionally, the news had pretty much left Ukraine in the shadows after Gaza esculation. Might be of similar minds doing this as NKorea;s leader when he isn’t getting the attention he wants......he fires missles etc.
