Because it’s not been determined who or what... as the investigation has barely been started. I prefer to wait and see what’s stated as a matter of fact to the evidence.
People jumped to wrong conclusions concerning the Odessa tragedy as well. In Ukraine false reports are ‘a way of life’ in order to even survive just the daily violence.
Additionally, with this unfortunate event it’s no longer local but an International Event requiring International Investigation. Waiting makes sense to those who care to see what might be revealed.
