I don't know what you are getting at either. Where in my posts did I state what I was saying was fact. This is a breaking story, and anything, repeat anything that is said at this point is speculative. I think most Freepers understand that concept.

White House spokesman Josh Earnest had earlier said Obama and Putin talked at Moscow’s request, about new sanctions announced by the U.S. against Russia on Wednesday. But the Kremlin said that, during the call, information from air traffic controllers about the crash became available.
The route history, MAS17 (from Am to Kuala) and MAS16 (from Kuala to Am) have very little Variation over the Ukraine (previous days)
If true, someone needs to find those tweets (or whatever), and make sure they are not flushed down the hole.

Hopefully, our own Freeper tclraf will join the thread to confirm that the rebels do have a Buk-1 capable of shooting this airliner down. He was quite certain of that fact the other day when it was a Ukrainian plane shot down.

the case is not closed at all. I guarantee you that if the Russians shot down a civilian passenger plane they’d be leaning on the separatists to take responsibility for it. Let’s wait for the intelligence analysis shall we?
Keep in mind the Putinistas here and elsewhere have been crowing for the past three weeks that they have BUK systems. Most likely Putin did not personally order a passenger jet shot down. But by providing such sophisticated weaponry to his soldiers in Ukraine, Putin must bear the blame for this tragedy.

That’s what Ukraine’s Gov. is saying....we all know Keiv will protect their own just as Russia and the USA does in instances as this. I’ll wait thank you.....
At 33,000 feet, there should be no confusion that this was a military flight. MH 17 was flying its normal, daily route.
