DWS Can't Cope With Women Paying For Their Own Stuff, Lies About Hobby Lobby

The bogus lies about contraception bans and limits on access to birth control are here to stay folks, just as I predicted in my new book Assault and Flattery: The Truth About the Left and Their War on Women. It's past time to push back with force.

The Not My Boss’ Business Act, a bill developed by Democrats to combat the Supreme Court’s recent Hobby Lobby decision, has failed in the Senate. As a result, mass panic among government control freaks has commenced.

Who's panicking this time? DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz. She just can't believe women might have to pay for their own stuff.

“It is shameful that Senate Republicans have blocked the Not My Boss’ Business Act that would have combatted the Supreme Court’s misguided decision in Burwell v. Hobby Lobby. This bill would have prevented companies from discriminating against their women employees by forcing them to pay out of pocket for contraception, a basic preventive health care service," Schultz said in a statement. “Today’s vote is another example of the clear contrast between the priorities of Republicans and Democrats. Republicans voted today to take money out of the pockets of women workers, hurting their ability to provide for their family and to access essential health services. The Democratic Party is committed to expanding economic opportunity for all, and ensuring that a woman’s health decisions are made by her and her doctor, not her boss.”

Reality check: Hobby Lobby provides 16 different forms of contraception to its employees without a copay. I repeat, Hobby Lobby provides 16 different forms of contraception to its employees without a copay. Always has and always will. Period. Further, Hobby Lobby voluntarily pays employees double the minimum wage. The company isn't taking a single dime out of the paychecks of women.

It has never been more clear that Democrats want women to be dependent on the government, not independent from it. Wasserman-Schultz' claims the Democratic Party is "committed to expanding economic opportunity for all," when in fact dependence on the government does the opposite by limiting economic opportunity. Also as a kind reminder, thanks to Obamacare women's healthcare premiums have skyrocketed and their doctors have retired early. Obamacare has forced major health decisions into the hands of government bureaucrats and away from women and their doctors.

Women taking care of themselves and paying for their own things, including contraception, is empowering and a woman being responsible for herself isn't discrimination as the Democratic victim machine wants women to believe.

The next “War on Women” leader by the Dems is to get Obamacare to pay for women’s sanitary napkins.

So little Debbie is saying women are so helpless and poor that they’re unable to buy their own contraceptives, and yet men apparently have no trouble purchasing condoms on their own with no help from Uncle Sam. I guess the feminist movement failed, lol.

As I understand it, Hobby Lobby's ONLY objection is that the law required them to pay for abortifacient contraception for their employees. They were already paying for non-abortionlike contraceptives.

ensuring that a woman’s health decisions are made by her and her doctor

Shouldn't it be "...decisions made by her and her government"?

Please do not classify Little Debbie WassermanTest Schulz as a “woman”. She has a Species designation all by herself - “Wasserturd Stupidensis Insanous”

And she bites!
