It became fairly obvious to me by early 2009 that Barack Obama was going to set back the civil rights movement.
I know there are Ben Carsons out there, but I won’t go to a black doctor because he most likely got into med school with inferior grades due to affirmative action.
Likewise, I know there are Allen Wests out there, but the Obamas and Jarretts and Holders have made race a negative in choosing leaders.
It’s a matter of trust. And I never wanted to become a racist.
