If those two are the highlights:
1. “Shoring up the power supply”. $236 million to ‘shore up’ a multi-billion dollar national power grid is laughable (especially since the premise is that some sort of climate disaster has occurred... but could be anywhere in the country). I’m also tempted to ask about the favored fuel for an emergency power supply.
2. 3D mapping data from the USGS? How does that do anything related to (fallacious) climate change??
I hereby Nominate the USGS 3D mapping data scam for the prestigious SOLYNDRA Award
$236 million isn’t enough to wash the crap out of the insulators.
