Swallow a camel and choke on a gnat. Almost everything the 0ne does is illegal and violates the separation of powers outlined in the constitution. YET, I have yet to hear of any government employee saying "I'm not going to folllow this unconstitutional order." Don't hold your breath for that to happen either.

Once you realize they are all part of the same family/philosophy, it all becomes clear. People just go to extreme lengths lying to themselves about it so they can maintain the personal illusion that America in the Reagan sense, still exists, that this is a bump in the road, and that someday soon we will go back to the way things used to be.

If the US Congress is a co-equal branch of Government, then the Administration is not “more equal” than Congress.
If, however, Chairman Issa allows his subpoena for White House staff member David Simas to not be honored, then the Administration is above Congress, and the Administration is above the Laws derived from the Constitution of the United States of America.
Will Chairman Issa, as always before, fold like a cheap suit?
The Hatch Act should include ALL sitting presidents. There are NONE of them that have time to campaign/fund raise while occupying the oval office. Rome burns while this Nero fiddles. Too many vacations; too many golf matches; too many beer summits; a way too many fund raisers.
