I am ok with pro life incrementalism. One of the things we have to fight is the self rationalization of people who have had abortions. Every incremental win reduces the number of abortions, and the number of women who have to justify it. It then becomes more and more rare, and more restrictions can be placed on it until it whithers and dies.
