Israel is not directing this at Abbas or the Palestinian Authority, or their areas in Judea and Samaria. Israel is directing this at Hamas and their operatives, along with their buildings and supplies - in their territory of Gaza.
yep....a 48 hr notice for all non combatants to leave the area and then carpet bomb them like we did to the Germans after D Day.
