I disagree. Our elected officials suing each other is the opening of Pandora's box on a grand scale. Where does it stop? This is Boehner's way of protecting Obama from being impeached. Yeah yeah I know about the Senate not impeaching Obama but what if the Repubs take control of the Senate after November???? Hmmmmm??? This lawsuit is Boehner's way of softening the blow of impeachment of Obama.

Make no mistake.. Nothing Boehner does has conservative values or their moral compass at heart.

Actually Obama has been slapped down ALREADY by the US Supreme Court, at least 12 or more times (twelve court cases) ... which is unprecedented for a President.

SO ... it’s already being done and Obama is getting hammered ... plus the fact that it’s setting some real good precedent for any future Presidents so they don’t get the same wild ideas as Obama!

Boehner’s politics aren’t part of this. This isn’t a person-to-person lawsuit. This is the Congress suing the Executive office for exceeding its authority.

What happened from the NSA's domestic espionage?
The dozen other things that huge portions of government agencies could have been taken down over?
If they cannot be trusted to do right over these littler things, why should they be trusted on the big things?

When Scotus either throws out the suit, or finds that it is up to congress to deal with political questions, the rats will claim a terrific victory.
