Dr. Jacobs was my U.S. History professor at Temple U back in the early ‘90’s. You’re right - perfectly intelligent, etc. At the time, he also taught a class on UFOs. I interviewed him for a report on his work.
He was such a nice guy who believed wholeheartedly in his work, that I felt bad interviewing another professor and including some criticism of Dr. Jacob’s work in the report. He was an engaging teacher, too.
