Canada gives Ukraine 20 F18 fighter Canadian government proposes to transfer to the Ukrainians. Also, about two dozen military combat aircraft CF-18A,. On it informs edition "The Press of Ukraine" and the Russian English-language TV channel Russia Today.
It is noted that these 20 aircraft can be transferred to the Ukrainian side for free, since they are deducted from the Canadian Air Force in connection with the purchase of new aircraft of the new generation.

Its a strategic decision with 2 brigades of Russian Army permanently stationed in Northern Russia about 2 hours flight away from Canada Sovereign soil in the North.Canada has no equivalent defence posture in its Northern reaches, and is open to Russian incursion and invasion to secure oil and mining resources.. And Obama hates the cold, go figure, no help there from that bat eared POS.
So Canada aids Ukraine, hopiong to draw the Russians far Northern deployment away to the South . Lets see if it works.
